Para-Counsellors Needed, Training Provided

I am expanding an online peer–support service that deals with a wide range of adult topics, from everyday stress to more sensitive personal issues. To keep up with demand I need reliable para-counsellors who can hold confidential, non-judgemental conversations by chat or voice.

The work centres on:
• Offering empathetic, solution-focused support to adult clients.
• Keeping concise session notes in our secure portal.
• Attending the live, instructor-led training I provide before you begin taking sessions, as well as short refreshers when new protocols are released.

You do not need a formal counselling qualification; what matters most is a calm demeanour, strong listening skills, fluent English, and a stable internet connection. If you already have counselling, coaching, or social-work experience, feel free to highlight it, but newcomers with the right temperament are equally welcome.
