Paid Ads Specialist Needed

I need a hands-on specialist who can take full ownership of our Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads accounts, refine every element of the funnel and turn ad spend into booked revenue for our service-based business.

Day to day you will build and iterate campaigns, write hooks that speak to our audience, test creative variations, tighten targeting and, most importantly, keep cost-per-click on a downward trend while scaling volume. I’m expecting someone who can log in, spot inefficiencies, split-test solutions and explain their thinking to me in clear English during my working hours so we can move fast together.
