Owl Trophy Sculpture

I'm looking for a ceramic sculpture of an owl to use as an award trophy. Ideally we would be able to make these on demand so a reproducible design is key.

Requirements:
- Owl species: Barred owl, great horned, or similar
- Color: Fully white, matte finish, painted (not straight plaster due to dust/chalkiness)
- Size: 12-16 inches tall, with a rectangular base approximately 6 inches high and 3-4 inches wide
- Detail: Simple and sleek design, regal, evocative of a prestigious award

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in ceramic sculpting
- Ability to create a matte, painted finish
- Experience with wildlife sculptures, especially owls
- A sense of humor!!
