Overnight Level 1 Helpdesk Support

My team needs continuous, overnight coverage—7 pm to 7 am US Central Time—for day-to-day Level 1 assistance on standard Windows laptops and the full Microsoft Office suite. An intermediate skill set is essential because I expect you to diagnose common software glitches, guide users through Office features, perform basic hardware triage, document every ticket clearly, and escalate anything outside Level 1 scope. Conversations happen in English, so fluent written and spoken communication is non-negotiable.

The engagement is long-term and ideally filled by someone already based in the Philippines so the hours align naturally and we can keep the wage modest while still providing dependable employment.

Deliverables for every shift
• Answer phone, chat, or email tickets within agreed SLA
• Resolve or properly escalate each issue, logging notes in our help-desk platform
• Produce an end-of-shift summary highlighting open items and hand-off instructions

You will receive remote access, SOPs, and quick-reference guides before the first shift. Consistent attendance, clear English, and accurate ticket documentation are the benchmarks I’ll use to gauge ongoing fit.
