Outlook Email Extraction Automation

I need a small, reliable routine that sits inside Microsoft Outlook and, the moment an email that matches my rules arrives, automatically pulls out both text and attachments and forwards—or otherwise pushes—that data to a single, predefined contact address. The goal is hands-free routing: no manual copy-pasting, no drag-and-drop of files, just seamless pickup and delivery every time.

You may choose VBA, VSTO, an Outlook add-in, Power Automate (Flow) or another proven approach, as long as it runs locally in Outlook 2016/2019 and remains stable after Office updates. Error handling, clear logging, and a quick switch to enable/disable the rule are must-haves so I can troubleshoot or pause the process when needed.
