Organic Instagram Growth Manager for DermRoutine Skincare Brand

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking freelancer to help launch and grow DermRoutine, a new skincare routine brand focused on the Mexican market.

DermRoutine helps people discover a clearer skincare routine based on their skin type, main concerns, current routine, and goals through a free online diagnosis. We do not sell random individual products; we recommend curated skincare routines with trusted dermatological brands and provide guidance through WhatsApp.

The main goal of this project is to activate our Instagram account, build real initial traction, generate community engagement, drive traffic to our free diagnosis, and convert interested users into qualified leads.

We are NOT looking for fake followers, bots, mass follow/unfollow tactics, or vanity metrics. We want real audience growth, meaningful engagement, and leads.

The freelancer must be able to write natural Spanish copy for Instagram posts, Stories, captions, comments, and WhatsApp-oriented lead generation. Experience with Mexican or Latin American beauty, skincare, wellness, ecommerce, or Instagram growth is strongly preferred.

Scope of work for the first 30 days:

- Review and optimize the Instagram profile, bio, highlights, and calls to action.
- Create a simple 30-day content plan focused on Reels, Stories, and educational posts.
- Adapt existing brand videos and content into stronger Instagram posts.
- Propose new content ideas based on common skincare doubts.
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and Story copy in natural Spanish.
- Manage basic community engagement.
- Respond to comments or suggest appropriate responses.
- Interact manually with relevant accounts, creators, and potential audience segments.
- Suggest small collaboration opportunities with micro-creators or beauty-related accounts.
- Help increase visits to the profile and clicks to the free diagnosis.
- Track weekly performance and provide improvement recommendations.
- Focus on converting attention into diagnosis completions and WhatsApp leads.

Important requirements:

- Must be fluent in Spanish.
- Must be able to write copy that sounds natural for a Mexican or Latin American audience.
- Must have experience growing small or new Instagram accounts.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or ecommerce is preferred.
- Must avoid medical claims, exaggerated promises, or misleading skincare claims.
- Must not use fake followers, bots, or artificial engagement.
- Must provide a clear weekly report.
