Oracle MFCS Order Processing Video Tutorials

I’m building a self-paced onboarding track for absolute beginners who will soon work inside Oracle Retail MFCS. The sole focus is order processing, so every lesson must walk the viewer from creating a purchase order all the way to receipt, invoice matching, and status follow-up.

The material will live in our internal LMS, so I need you to plan, record, and hand over polished video tutorials rather than live sessions. Screen-capture demonstrations, step-by-step narration, and clear on-screen pointers are essential because our audience may be seeing MFCS for the very first time. Please keep terminology simple, introduce each concept in logical sequence, and highlight common mistakes new users make.

Deliverables
• Curriculum outline covering the full order-processing workflow in MFCS
• 8–10 HD MP4 videos (5–15 min each) with voice-over, captions, and small practice files or quizzes
• All editable project/source files and a document summarising commands and shortcuts used

Acceptance criteria
• Audio is crisp and free of background noise
• Tasks demonstrated can be replicated in a standard MFCS sandbox
• Consistent video naming convention and clear chapter markers
