Ontario Boundary & Foundation Verification

I need a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor to visit a residential lot in Rockwood as soon as possible. The main goal is boundary verification, with a particular focus on confirming that the freshly poured foundation sits within the required setbacks. Because I have no previous survey documents, you’ll be starting from scratch: establishing accurate boundary lines, marking (staking) the corners and key points on-site, and then tying those points to the new foundation walls.

Please include in your proposal:
• Your OLS licence number or firm registration
• A brief outline of the field work you’ll perform (total station, RTK GPS, etc.)
• The format of the deliverable—at minimum, I need a signed sketch showing boundary dimensions, stakes placed, and the measured offsets from foundation to each property line. If a full survey plan is advisable, let me know the additional cost and time.

Timing is important; the construction crew is waiting on confirmation before backfilling. I’m ready to award quickly and schedule field work right away.
