Job Overview

We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Online Trainer and Market Support Specialist to provide training, platform guidance and ongoing support to members in Vietnam.

The successful candidate will conduct online classes via Zoom, answer members’ questions, guide members through platform operations and work closely with our market operations team to support the development of the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct online training sessions for Vietnamese-speaking members via Zoom
* Introduce and explain the platform’s features, services and operating procedures
* Answer members’ questions and handle platform-related Q&A
* Provide step-by-step online guidance on how to use the platform
* Assist new members with onboarding and account setup procedures
* Provide ongoing support to members who require additional guidance
* Work closely with the market operations team to develop and expand the Vietnamese market
* Support Vietnamese-language content localisation and member communications
* Assist with online events, presentations and promotional activities
* Share insights about Vietnamese consumer behaviour and local market trends
* Collect member feedback and report common questions or issues to the operations team
* Help improve training materials and member support procedures

Requirements

* Native or fluent Vietnamese
* Able to communicate effectively in either English or Chinese
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Comfortable conducting live online classes and presentations via Zoom
* Patient and able to explain platform procedures clearly
* Good understanding of the Vietnamese market and local consumer behaviour
* Experience in training, customer support, community management, digital marketing or business development is preferred
* Able to work independently and coordinate with an international team
* Previous experience supporting an online platform or digital business is an advantage
