Online Survey Data Collection

This internship centres on gathering quantitative feedback from our existing customers through a single online survey link. The survey has already been drafted in Google Forms, and the contact list is ready in CSV format with names, emails, and account IDs.

Your role involves:
• Sending personalised survey invitations and two polite reminders within the agreed timeline.
• Monitoring response rates in real-time and flagging bounce-backs or opt-outs.
• Exporting the raw responses to Excel or CSV, then performing a basic completeness check (no missing mandatory fields, consistent scales).
• Summarising key metrics—total invitations, opens, clicks, and completed surveys—in a brief progress report each week.

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 35 % completion rate from the provided list.
• Final dataset delivered as a clean CSV plus a short slide deck (Google Slides or PowerPoint) highlighting response counts and any noteworthy respondent comments.

All communication tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or a simple mail-merge in Gmail) are acceptable as long as tracking codes remain intact. Access to our Google Workspace will be granted after an NDA is signed.

Schedule kicks off immediately and runs four weeks, with progress touch-points every Friday.
