Capture HR Business Process and Successfactors solutions

Facilitate discovery workshops

Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities.

Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop and document solutions.

Document current and future state processes

Produce business requirement documents

Create use-cases for design and testing

Maintain project documentation

Track actions from stakeholder meetings

Help maintain RAID logs

Update/run status reports

Maintain/ensure governance for projects

Follow up outstanding items

Help coordinate UAT

Ascertain test scenarios

Track defects & fix date scheduling
