Online French Fluency Tutor Needed

I am starting from absolute beginner level and want to reach solid conversational fluency for professional-business situations within the next few months. All lessons must be delivered online and I would like a structured weekly program that targets speaking & listening, reading & writing, plus the underlying grammar and vocabulary that tie everything together.

What I need from you
• An honest timeline estimate to move me from novice to the point where I can confidently discuss work-related topics with native speakers.
• A clear lesson roadmap with milestones, including regular progress checks and practical conversation practice.
• Digital materials, exercises, and optional homework I can use between sessions to accelerate learning.
• Consistent scheduling (one or more sessions per week) and flexibility to adjust pace based on my progress.

I will measure success by my ability to hold a 15-minute business conversation entirely in French, read and draft short professional emails without translation tools, and demonstrate at least an upper-intermediate (B2) grasp of core grammar.
