Convert 200-Page PDF to Word

I have a 200-page PDF that I need transferred into an editable Word document. The main reason for moving it to Word is so I can easily revise and fine-tune the text later, yet I still want the finished file to look exactly like the original PDF.

Please replicate every page layout, heading, footer, margin, and line break as closely as Word will allow. Tables and charts appear frequently throughout the file and must stay fully intact—no distorted columns or lost data. If you need to rebuild any of them, match the original fonts, shading, and alignment so they drop straight into the document without extra tweaking on my end.
