Online Forms Data Entry

I need someone who can quickly and accurately capture mixed text-and-number information that users submit through our online forms. Your first assignment is pure data entry: pull each submission from the form backend and place it into the structured spreadsheet template I will share. Because the records include both narrative fields and numerical values, attention to detail is essential—typos or transposed digits will break later reporting.

The workflow is straightforward:
• Log in to the form dashboard I provide.
• Copy all new entries into the corresponding columns of the Excel sheet.
• Check for missing or obviously incorrect figures before saving.

If you are comfortable with Advanced Excel functions or Tally ERP 9, that is a plus for upcoming phases, but for now I just need the data entered correctly and delivered on schedule. I will start you with a small batch so we can verify accuracy; after that, larger weekly exports will follow.

Deliverable: the completed spreadsheet for the initial batch, error-free, within 24 hours of project start.
