Online Forms Customer Data Entry

Accurate online entry of customer information into web-based forms is the entire scope of this project. I will supply the raw customer details—names, addresses, contact numbers, and any additional notes—in clearly formatted files. Your job is to transfer each field into the corresponding fields of the live website, double-checking spelling, consistency, and punctuation as you go.

Because this is pure data-entry work, speed matters, but precision matters more. Use any preferred method (tab-navigation, browser extensions, dual monitors, etc.) so long as every form submission exactly matches the source text. A quick screen recording of your first few entries will help confirm we are aligned on formatting before you continue with the full batch.

Deliverables
• All assigned online forms submitted with zero empty required fields
• Confirmation sheet listing each record’s submission time stamp and status
• A brief note flagging any ambiguous or missing source data

Acceptance Criteria
Forms must pass the site’s built-in validation checks and my manual spot audit (random 10 % sample) with 100 % accuracy. Work is complete when the confirmation sheet and audit both match the original customer information.
