Online Compliance Courses for Staff

I’m ready to scale our healthcare staffing firm by upgrading the way we train our people. My immediate priority is a suite of online courses dedicated to compliance and regulations—think HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, state-specific mandates, and any emerging rules that keep clinicians and admin staff out of trouble.

Here’s what I envision:
• A modular, SCORM-ready course pack hosted in an LMS (TalentLMS or similar) so new hires and existing team members can learn at their own pace.
• Engaging content—short videos, scenario-based quizzes, downloadable reference sheets—to hold busy clinicians’ attention and verify understanding.
• A built-in assessment and automatic certificate generation that meets audit requirements.
• Clear instructor notes or a facilitator guide so we can update material as regulations evolve.

Acceptance criteria:
1. All modules accurately reflect current federal and state healthcare regulations.
2. Content passes our internal SME review and a pilot group of nurses scores ≥ 85 % on end-of-module tests.
3. Courses import flawlessly into our LMS and track completion data without errors.
