Echoes of Neon and Rain

I am developing “Echoes of Neon and Rain,” a cycle of fantasy short stories that blend mist-soaked cityscapes, shimmering neon light, and other-worldly magic. The goal is a cohesive collection—each piece self-contained yet sharing an atmosphere of rain-slick streets, whispered spells, and unexpected wonder.

What I need:
• 4-6 polished short stories, 3–5 k words each, written in clear, engaging prose.
• Consistent world-building so characters, locations, and the underlying lore feel interconnected while still allowing every tale to stand on its own.
• Two revision passes per story after inline feedback to tighten pacing, deepen character arcs, and sharpen dialogue.

I will provide a high-level setting brief, recurring motifs, and any lore already drafted; you shape narrative structure, plot turns, and voice. A flair for vivid sensory detail and imaginative magic systems is essential. Final texts should arrive in editable Word or Google Docs format, ready for copy-editing and layout.

Timeline and milestones can be discussed once we settle on story count and sequence. If you love weaving fantasy against a neon-luminous backdrop, let’s bring these echoes to life.
