Online Bidder + Lead Generation Specialist (website development)

Looking for an experienced Online Bidder + Lead Generation Specialist for Night Shift (India Time / US Client Hours).

I run a website development company and need a dedicated person to generate projects through freelancing platforms.

### Role:
- Bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour etc.
- Focus mainly on Website Development, WordPress, Landing Pages, E-commerce, Lead Generation Websites, and small-medium web projects.
- Write high-converting, personalized proposals.
- Communicate with international clients, negotiate, and close deals.
- Generate quality leads and hand over to my technical team.
- Maintain daily/weekly report of bids, responses, and conversions.

### Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as Online Bidder / Lead Generator on freelancing platforms.
- Excellent written English (proposal writing is most important).
- Good understanding of website development services (so you can write accurate proposals).
- Available for Night Shift (approx 8 PM – 5 AM IST or flexible US hours).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and consistent.
- Must have previous experience winning web development related projects.

### Working Style:
- Fully Remote
- Night Shift only (India time matching US clients)
- Daily targets will be discussed (number of quality bids)
- Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
