Ongoing WordPress Maintenance for NGO

Our NGO’s site is built on WordPress and I’d like to place its technical health in steady hands under a monthly retainer arrangement. The core needs are straightforward yet critical: squash any bugs that surface and keep every layer of the stack patched and secure so the team can focus on our mission, not site glitches.

You’ll be expected to work directly on the live environment (standard cPanel / WordPress setup) and maintain compatibility with the few plugins we already rely on. I’m looking for proactive monitoring rather than reactive patch-ups; if a vulnerability or error log appears, I’d like it addressed before supporters notice anything is wrong.

Deliverables each month
• Prompt resolution of new bugs, with a brief note of what was fixed.
• Scheduled security updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins, tested on staging first.
• A short monthly report summarizing actions taken, threats blocked, and any recommendations for the coming month.

Everything else—content edits, redesign work, or feature expansions—small changes to be included in the project, but rock-solid stability and security are the focus of this engagement. If you’re comfortable owning this upkeep long-term and can keep response times tight, let’s talk.
