I regularly receive batches of printed text documents that must be re-typed into an editable digital format. Accuracy and respect for the original layout are critical because each page may include tables and charts, clear headings and sub-headings, plus occasional bulleted or numbered lists.

Your task is to recreate every element faithfully—text content, spacing, and basic styling—so the final file looks like the printed source but is fully searchable and ready for further editing. I’m looking to build a long-term relationship, so consistent turnaround times and meticulous self-proofing matter more to me than sheer speed.

Deliverable for each batch
• A clean Word or Google Docs file matching the source text and formatting
• Quick note of any illegible sections or ambiguities you encounter
