Ongoing PHP CRM Maintenance

I need a seasoned PHP developer to take over our custom-built CRM. The previous programmer left without documentation, so your first task will be a deep dive into the existing codebase, database schema, and the WordPress bridge to map out how everything fits together.

The immediate priority is the API layer—both the internal endpoints we expose to our own apps and several third-party service hooks we rely on. I’ll expect you to spot bottlenecks, refactor where it makes sense, and then add new endpoints or extend existing ones as new business features roll in.

A quick run-through of the tech stack you’ll be touching: PHP 7.x, MySQL, vanilla HTML/CSS for the admin UI, plus a handful of custom CSS tweaks that keep things on brand. Solid API design principles and a good eye for lightweight UI adjustments are essential.
