I run NumberReels (numberreels . com), a website that publishes short animated statistics videos with interactive charts, data tables and cited sources. My site was built from scratch rather than on WordPress or Shopify, so every tweak sits directly on a custom codebase. What I need now is steady, month-to-month care that keeps the engine humming and the front-end polished.
Top priorities
• Squash bugs quickly and apply security patches before they become a problem.
• Add or update pages and features as the business evolves.
• Tune performance and refresh the design so visitors enjoy a fast, modern experience.
Key areas of focus
– Public-facing pages: home, services, contact forms and any landing pages I spin up.
– Authenticated sections: user dashboards and other member-only flows that must stay reliable.
I work in Git and stage changes before they go live, so you’ll get access to the repo plus staging/production servers. Please be comfortable reading someone else’s code, writing clean pull requests, and documenting what you push.
Deliverables each month
1. A brief audit of issues discovered and the fixes applied.
2. Suggestions for performance or UX improvements with estimated effort.
3. Completed feature or page updates agreed at the start of the cycle.
If you enjoy mastering custom stacks and can commit to proactive upkeep, let’s get started.
