UE5 4K Metahuman Short

I want a 40 second 4k Unreal Engine 5 cinematic. Just two metahuman specific character(I’ll provide reference). In the first 20 seconds. One character is still, then a video recording I’ll give to you will be played on led screens. Then the remaining 20 seconds. The character is still in position. Then the other character appears large glowing, then talks to the previous character, then disappears. I will only consider bids that start with “myeyes” Everything no more than 40 seconds. My budget is $60. The next project would be a creating a vr version of this project and you get to handle that too.
