Tender Documentation Expert needed (ON-SITE only, New Delhi). Must work from our office at Sainik Farm, New Delhi — not a remote role.
Looking for an experienced Tender Expert to join our team full-time/on-site. Should have strong hands-on knowledge of government tendering processes, especially GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal bidding.
Key requirements: solid understanding of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), BOQ (Bill of Quantities), tender eligibility criteria, technical/financial bid preparation and submission. Experience with GeM portal bidding, tender document analysis, and compliance requirements. Ability to read and interpret tender specifications, scope of work, and evaluation criteria accurately. Familiarity with government procurement rules and documentation (GST, PAN, class certificates, registrations, etc.). Comfortable using AI tools and technology to speed up tender research, drafting, and data organization. Basic tech-savviness with Google Sheets/Excel and online portals.
Training requirement: Candidate must also train our in-house employees on tender processes and best practices — teaching practical ways to save time using AI tools, automation, and smarter workflows for tender research, documentation, and submission. This should be hands-on, in-person training at our office, not a one-time session but ongoing knowledge transfer as needed.
Responsibilities: identify and shortlist relevant tenders matching our company profile, prepare and review technical and financial bid documents, track EMD requirements, BOQ line items, and submission deadlines, coordinate with our team for document collection and portal uploads, maintain organized records of ongoing and past tenders, use AI/tech tools to improve accuracy and speed, and train employees regularly.
Requirements: prior experience working with government/PSU tenders, willingness to work on-site at our New Delhi office during agreed hours, strong attention to detail and deadline discipline, good communication skills to explain concepts clearly to non-experts.
