Custom WhatsApp AI Bot for Fire Fighting

I own a fire protection firm and need a private WhatsApp AI Assistant for my onsite staff. The bot should be able to take a photo/PDF of a OneTrace installation report or a wall penetration, connect to an AI model connected to our private folder of manufacturer manuals and promptly reply back with the correct Standard Detail Drawing Code and page number. Tools of choice: Make.com, Zapier, Voiceflow or Twilio.
