I’m looking for a flexible content-creator who can visit our premises on a recurring basis and turn everyday moments into attention-grabbing marketing videos. Most shoot days will revolve around two things: capturing unscripted interviews with our own employees and gathering plenty of complementary footage—product walk-throughs, behind-the-scenes snippets, quick event highlights—whatever best tells the story that week.
All footage will be repurposed as marketing material, so I need a creative who can think like a marketer while operating the camera. You should feel comfortable guiding non-professional talent, setting up clean audio, framing flattering shots in sometimes busy environments, and then shaping everything into polished edits ready for social media, our website and the occasional trade-show loop.
Typical workflow:
• Arrive on site with your own camera, lighting and audio kit (4K-capable preferred).
• Film scheduled employee interviews plus spontaneous B-roll that supports the story.
• Deliver finished edits (and the raw footage) within an agreed timeframe, complete with basic colour correction, light motion graphics or text overlays where it helps the message.
Consistent branding, clear dialogue and engaging pacing are the key acceptance criteria. If you enjoy building an ongoing partnership rather than one-off gigs, I’d love to see links to similar work you’ve produced and hear how you would approach our first shoot.
