Offshore Operations Training Delivery

I’m organising an intensive five-day, in-person programme for a group of experienced engineers that must cover three distinct subject areas:

• Calm Buoy operations, inspection and maintenance
• FSO lease economics, day-to-day operations and overall management strategy
• Offshore asset integrity management across the full lifecycle

I already have detailed learning objectives for every module and will share them once we agree to proceed; the material has to map to those objectives without dilution. The audience is purely technical, so the depth of discussion, case studies and any practical demonstrations need to meet real-world engineering standards rather than managerial overviews.

I need you to:

• Design and deliver all classroom content, exercises and problem-solving sessions
• Supply slide decks, trainer notes and any supporting handouts in editable format ahead of Day 1
• Incorporate industry codes, best-practice references and up-to-date regulatory guidance (API, DNV, ISO, etc.)
• Run short knowledge checks each day and a final assessment the last afternoon
• Provide a concise post-course report highlighting participant performance and recommendations for further development

We’ll host the event onsite, so travel to the location and any required permits or safety inductions must be factored into your planning. All training materials should remain my company’s property after delivery.
