I need a lightweight Android application that can produce number predictions entirely offline. The prediction engine must rely on algorithm-based, numerical methods rather than random picks or user-entered guesses. I already have the core logic that “gives the numbers”; your job is to embed this logic into a smooth, well-structured Android app.

The workflow I have in mind is simple: the user opens the app, taps a button, and instantly receives the next predicted number set—all calculated on the device with no internet permission whatsoever. A minimal, clean UI is fine; reliability and speed of the on-device computation matter far more than graphics.

What I expect from you
• Translate my provided numerical method into efficient Kotlin (Java is acceptable if you prefer).
• Keep every computation local—no APIs, no remote calls.
• Provide clear, well-commented source code, an installable APK, and a short note explaining where in the code the prediction logic lives so I can update it later if needed.
• Target the current Android API level and prepare the project in Android Studio so I can build it myself.

If you have experience optimising algorithms for mobile, working with Kotlin coroutines, or reducing battery/CPU footprint, let me know—that will be a plus.
