I need a simple, fully-offline Android application that helps me control stock inside my godown. The app should let an Admin user (no other roles are required) perform three key jobs:
• Stock tracking – add new items, record inward and outward movement, and view current quantities at a glance.
• Credit & deposit management – log every party’s credit sales, record deposits they make against those balances, and see each party’s running statement.
• Reporting & analytics – generate on-device summaries such as daily stock position, outstanding credits by party, and basic trend charts so I can make quick decisions without exporting data.
Because the warehouse often has no internet access, everything must work offline with data stored locally on the device. I am not looking to integrate it with any ERP or accounting package right now; the app should run as a completely standalone solution.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Installable APK for testing and final release
2. Complete, well-commented source code (Android Studio / Kotlin or Java)
3. A brief setup & user guide that shows how to add items, manage party credits, and pull each report
Please keep the interface straightforward so that warehouse staff can learn it quickly, and optimise it for phones with 6-inch screens and above.
