Official Arabic-English Certificate Translation

I have an Arabic employment-training certificate that must be rendered into flawless UK English while retaining the exact look and feel of the original. Every heading, table, stamp, and signature block needs to appear in the same place so the translated version can be presented as an official document side-by-side with the source.

What I will supply: a high-resolution scan of the certificate.
What I expect back: a print-ready PDF (and the editable file—Word, InDesign, or similar) mirroring the original layout, with all Arabic text faithfully translated into precise UK English. Non-textual seals or logos can remain as images; any embedded Arabic in seals should be subtitled neatly below in brackets.

Accuracy and formatting consistency are paramount—no creative re-wording, no omissions. Please ensure dates, names, job titles, and serial numbers follow UK conventions exactly as they appear. Let me know your preferred desktop-publishing tool and turnaround time, and share samples of past certificate translations if available so I can gauge your layout skills.
