I need help recovering my deposit after a failed property transaction. The seller pulled out after my funding was delayed, but the funding hadn’t fallen through. They terminated the contract after COB, rendering it effective the next day. Our lender could deliver same-day funding, so we could have likely completed on the same day as the notice became effective. However, the sellers are still trying to claim that they had significant losses which justify them keeping my deposit.

- Legal expertise in property transactions

- Strong negotiation skills to secure an out-of-court Deed of Settlement
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Background in real estate law and property litigation
- Proven track record in recovering deposits and assessing case strengths/weaknesses
