Odoo Implementation for Manufacturing Firm

I want to replace our current Microsoft Dynamics setup with a fully-functioning Odoo environment tailored to a small-batch manufacturing company. The scope covers configuring the Inventory Management, Manufacturing and Sales modules so that day-to-day operations—raw-material receipt, work-order execution, finished-goods dispatch and order invoicing—flow seamlessly in one system.

Key points you should be comfortable with
• Migrating master data, BOMs, routings, open production orders and customer history from Microsoft Dynamics into Odoo without loss of traceability.
• Mapping our existing process steps to Odoo’s workflows, adjusting work centers, lead times and costing logic where needed.
• Setting up real-time inventory valuation and barcode scanning on the shop floor.
• Training a core user group (approx. 12 people) so they can create items, generate MOs, issue components and raise sales quotations confidently.
• Providing go-live support and a short hyper-care window to iron out post-launch issues.

Deliverables
1. Configured Odoo instance (Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales) ready for production use.
2. Data-migration scripts with documented field mapping.
3. User acceptance test sign-off and training materials.
4. Post-deployment support report summarising resolved tickets.

Acceptance will be based on our team’s ability to run one complete make-to-stock and one make-to-order cycle in Odoo with correct inventory movements, cost roll-ups and automatic sales invoice generation.
