Odoo Community Setup for Accounting Purposes

Hi, I need help setting up a new Odoo Community instance dedicated only to accounting and financial management.

The database must be completely empty, with no imported historical data, demo data, customers, suppliers, products, or previous transactions.

There will only be 3 users in this instance, all with access restricted to the accounting environment as appropriate.

I need you to:

Install and configure the latest stable version of Odoo Community.
Create a new, clean database from scratch.
Install only the modules required for accounting and financial management.
Configure access for 3 users only.
Make sure no unnecessary demo or sample data is installed.
Secure the instance properly.
Configure automatic backups.
If possible, prepare the accounting localization for Spain, including the Spanish chart of accounts and the basic accounting configuration.

The objective is to have a small, private, standalone accounting instance, completely separate from our operational Odoo environment.
