Odoo 18-19 Migration Setup

I have a fresh Ubuntu 24 LTS server with SSH ready* and need a clean, production-grade installation of Odoo 19 Enterprise, followed by a full migration of my current Odoo 18 Enterprise database.

Scope of work
• Install Odoo 19 Enterprise on the new server, securing it behind Nginx + SSL and enabling regular updates.
• Move the existing Odoo 18 Enterprise database across, preserving all core (default) modules.
• At present I run only standard Odoo features—no third-party or bespoke modules—so the move should be straightforward. If the dump reveals hidden custom fields or other surprises I will rely on your guidance before proceeding.
• I haven’t decided whether any special server tweaks (workers, e-mail gateways, geo-IP, etc.) are needed. Please review my expected workload and propose sensible defaults, making sure everything scales and can be easily backed up.

Acceptance criteria
1. New server boots to a working Odoo 19 Enterprise instance reachable over HTTPS.
2. My migrated database opens with all standard data intact: contacts, inventory, accounting, attachments, user roles, and settings.
3. Logs run clean of migration errors; key business flows (sales order → invoice, inventory moves, HR attendance) execute without issues.
4. A short hand-over document lists commands for starting/stopping services, path to nightly backups, and how to apply future Odoo upgrades.

SSH credentials will be supplied once we agree on milestones.
