Project objective
We are Helloworld Travel Dandenong, a travel agency with approximately 20 staff working across Management, Sales, Visa, Ticketing Support, Accounts and other operational functions.
Our current Microsoft environment has developed without a proper central IT structure. We want an experienced Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune / SharePoint / OneDrive / Teams / Teams Phone specialist to clean up the existing environment and migrate us to a properly managed Microsoft 365 environment without disrupting consultants' daily work.

I would also ask candidates specifically whether they have hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID + Intune Windows migrations, SharePoint permission remediation, cross-account OneDrive migrations and Teams Phone/Operator Connect/Direct Routing. A freelancer who mainly builds SharePoint sites is not enough for this job.
