Odoo 17e Inventory & Accounting Setup

I am running Odoo Online 17 Enterprise and already work comfortably inside the Sales, Purchase and Documents apps. Now I need the Inventory and Accounting modules configured so everything ties together smoothly while I wait for the scheduled move to 19 Enterprise.

Inventory scope
– Enable end-to-end Stock Management, including automated incoming/outgoing moves and real-time on-hand figures.
– Configure multi-location Warehouse Management with clear internal transfer routes and replenishment rules.
– Activate and test Inventory Valuation so landed costs and cost of goods sold post accurately.

Accounting scope
– Set up Invoicing so customer bills flow straight from confirmed sales orders and vendor bills from purchases.
– Build the standard Financial Reports pack (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with the correct chart of accounts for my jurisdiction.
– Implement daily Bank Reconciliation, using bank feeds or imported statements, until every transaction is matched.

Cross-module links
Sales, Purchase and Documents must stay in sync: stock moves should create accounting entries, vendor bills should trigger stock reception, and all paperwork should auto-file to the right workspace.

Acceptance criteria
• All workflows above run without manual edits for at least one full test cycle.
• Opening balances migrate cleanly and trial balance equals legacy system.
• Detailed hand-off video or call plus a short “how-to” document.
