OCR Scanned PDFs to Editable Word

I need a reliable specialist to turn a collection of scanned PDF files into clean, fully editable Word documents. These files are images only—no embedded text—so accurate OCR is essential.

What I care about most is extracting every piece of usable content into a straightforward, easy-to-edit .docx: typed body text, any tables that appear, and even short handwritten notes when they are readable. I do not need the original page layout recreated; a simple flow of text and tables in logical order is perfect, as long as nothing is missed.

Please use your preferred OCR workflow—ABBYY, Adobe, Tesseract, or a comparable tool—so long as the final copy is spell-checked and searchable.
