I have a set of PDF files that list inventory details. From each line I only need two pieces of information captured:
• the location name exactly as it appears
• the corresponding quantity
Your task is to transfer this data into a single Excel workbook, keeping the layout simple—column A for Location, column B for Quantity. Please organise the sheet so it is clean, free of blank rows, and ready for filtering or pivoting later on.
Accuracy is critical: every location-quantity pair that exists in the PDFs must appear in the spreadsheet, with quantities entered as numbers (no text formatting) and locations spelled exactly as shown. Before delivering, do a quick self-check to ensure nothing is missing or mis-aligned.
Deliverable: one .xlsx file containing all extracted records, formatted as described and ready for immediate use.
