Numerical Data Entry & Analysis

I have a series of Excel spreadsheets containing purely numerical figures that must be transferred into my central database and then examined for basic trends. Your first task is accurate, error-free entry of every number exactly as it appears in the source sheets. Once the import is complete, I’ll need you to run a light analysis: calculate sums, averages, and any obvious outliers, then present those findings back to me in a concise summary (charts or pivot tables in Excel are fine).

A good understanding of Excel shortcuts, formulas, and data-validation techniques will keep this job moving quickly, so please be comfortable with those tools. Accuracy comes first, but I also value clear communication on progress or anomalies you notice while working.

Deliverables:
• Clean, fully entered dataset in the destination workbook
• Brief analytical summary highlighting totals, means, and notable variances
• Any supporting visualizations or formulas used in the process
