I am looking to team up with knowledgeable academics, analysts, and practitioners based in Norway who can help me explore local-level activities and conduct in-depth policy research. My goal is to build a flexible partnership that blends your on-the-ground insight with my broader research objectives so we can produce evidence-based recommendations that matter to Norwegian communities.

I am open to several collaboration formats—everything from expert consultation and pure research partnerships to co-organising public-facing workshops or pilot initiatives. Likewise, I am interested in multiple thematic areas; cultural events, community development projects, and environmental initiatives are all potential entry points. On the policy side, I have not locked myself into one domain yet, so there is room to investigate educational, economic, or social policies depending on our combined expertise.

Key expectations and deliverables:
• A short virtual kickoff to align on scope and decide which local activity or policy question to prioritise.
• A jointly written research plan outlining methodology, data sources, and timelines.
• Periodic progress briefs (English or Norwegian) to track findings and refine direction.
• A final report or presentation with actionable recommendations that we can share with stakeholders or publish.
