I need a clear, 1 : 500 boundary map for a single residential property in Belfast, Northern Ireland, in the UK. The drawing should show the legal outline only—no roads, adjacent buildings, or other landmarks—so the final plan stays uncluttered and compliant with title-plan conventions.
Deliverable
• A print-ready PDF of the map, correctly scaled at 1 : 500.
Data source
I will provide an existing map, but I do not have coordinates; please trace the boundary from the latest property records. Accuracy is essential, so cross-check the plot line against any official OS or Land & Property Services data before you export the file.
You will need to prepare a Land Registry Northern Ireland (LPS) compliant mapping extract for the Compulsory First Registration of the property. You will need to take the spatial boundary from the the Lease map provided, and transfer it onto an official OSNI ACEmap base
Map must be produced on an official OSNI ACEmap base at 1:1250 scale (A3/A4 PDF format) displaying an official OSNI copyright notice and grid reference numbers.
Scale must be clearly stated (1:1250) with a metric bar scale included.
North point arrow must be shown.
The red line edging must be drawn precisely along the boundary lines without obscuring the underlying OSNI map detail.
Ideal background
You’ve produced similar boundary or title plans for Northern Ireland properties and are comfortable working in AutoCAD, QGIS or comparable CAD/GIS tools. An eye for precision and clean line-weight hierarchy will be appreciated.
When you reply
• Confirm your expected turnaround time and any questions about the brief.
