Non-Fiction Manuscript Proofreading

I’m putting the final touches on a 128-page non-fiction manuscript and will have my own pass finished by the end of this week. Once that’s done, I need a fresh set of eyes to catch every lingering typo, punctuation slip, and formatting inconsistency before I move to publication. Your main task is classic proofreading, but I’d also appreciate light, high-level notes on structure and flow—nothing exhaustive, just a heads-up if a section transition feels abrupt or a paragraph could be tightened.

The file will arrive in Microsoft Word, and I’d like all corrections tracked so I can review each change. Alongside the manuscript, there are three short, separate sections (Synopsis, About the Author, Acknowledgments) that also need the same careful treatment. Each is about a paragraph long.

Please return:

• A Word document with Track Changes showing all edits
• A clean, ready-to-publish copy
• A brief summary (half page is fine) of any structural or flow observations
