Noir Comic-Style Pin-Ups

I'm seeking an artist to create comic-style pin-ups for a crime fiction novel with classic comic book elements. The book is called THE RETURN OF DR. NECROPOLIS. It’s a post-superhero book. The “heroes” are now all in the Army in the FBI.

The art should capture the essence of the story with a moody and suspenseful tone.
