Hello,
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer (or a specialized compact team) to build the premium presentation layer for our cross-border PropTech SaaS platform, ATLAS PROPERTY OS.
Our core backend architecture is 100% completed, fully documented, and statically stable running on Node.js locally. The API contract handles all multi-currency calculations, 10-Year historical Big Data endpoints, and core fuzzy logic weights internally. It exposes hardened, pre-flight optimized CORS headers and serves clean JSON payloads.
YOUR JOB IS STRICTLY TO BUILD THE FRONT-END INTERFACE. NO BACKEND LOGIC REQUIRED.
Our Tech Stack: Next.js 15, TypeScript, Shadcn UI, Tailwind CSS, and Recharts. Deployed on Vercel/AWS.
Aesthetic Guidelines:
We strictly demand the refined minimalism, clean typography, sub-pixel borders, dark/light optimization, and sleek skeleton loading speeds of premium financial platforms like Stripe, Apple, or Bloomberg terminals. We do NOT want messy or cluttered legacy real estate layouts.
Scope of Work (Phase 1 Core - 3 Main Responsive Views):
1. View 1 (The Broker CRM Dashboard): High-data-density table optimized for mobile/tablet agents. It must handle 65 micro-structural real estate variables hidden dynamically via Shadcn progressive disclosure slide-sheets, a dynamic 3-state AVM Semáforo badge (Emerald Green, Amber Yellow, Alert Red), and our internal 35% tenant rent-affordability calculator UI.
2. View 2 (The Gated Investor Portal): A clean asset grid rendering circular compatibility matching charts (0-100% metrics handling budget cushions and automated floor-level elevator deficit bypass routines for standalone Villas).
3. View 3 (Analytics & Global Hedge Panel): Interactive line charts using Recharts to map the historical 10-Year asking-closing price gap and the cross-border currency resilience index across multiple locales.
4. Stripe Billing Hook: UI state layout for tiered multi-country SaaS licensing workflows.
Workflow & Delivery:
You will develop the frontend system directly from our technical specification briefs, building components against mock JSON structures matching our backend schema shapes. This prevents any hosting blockers.
We operate strictly under a Fixed-Price Milestones structure with fixed deadlines (3 to 4 weeks maximum production timeline). Signing our standard Digital NDA or accepting our intellectual property ownership transfer upon milestone execution is mandatory.
