Nexthink V6 Compliance Expert

I need a seasoned Nexthink V6 professional to tighten our compliance-focused security monitoring. Nexthink is already live in the environment, but the current setup gives me only a basic view of device health and user activity. My goal is to transform it into a robust compliance dashboard that quickly pinpoints deviations, automatically raises alerts, and feeds concise reports to our auditors.

Here’s what the engagement looks like:

• Analyse the data currently collected and advise on any collectors, categories, or metrics that must be added for accurate compliance coverage (CIS, ISO-27001, or similar).
• Build or refine investigations and dashboards so every compliance control can be measured at a glance, with drill-downs for root-cause analysis.
• Configure alerting rules and, where it makes sense, automated remediation actions to correct common non-compliant states.
• Produce clear hand-over documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session so the internal team can maintain and extend your work.

Acceptance criteria
1. All agreed compliance controls visualised in Nexthink dashboards with real-time status.
2. Alerts trigger in our test run and route correctly to our ticketing system.
3. Documentation reviewed and approved by the endpoint security lead.
