New Zealand RC & BC Architectural Designer Required

We are seeking an experienced architectural designer or technician with proven expertise in New Zealand Resource Consent (RC) and Building Consent (BC) documentation. The project involves a modular resort cabin development in New Zealand, with concept design, cabin layouts, and site planning already completed.

Scope of Work:
- Prepare the RC submission drawing set based on existing design information.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, levels, setbacks, and other required consent drawings.
- Coordinate with the NZ planning consultant and revise drawings as needed.
- Potentially continue into the BC documentation stage, including construction drawings and architectural details.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with NZ RC/BC projects.
- Provide examples of previous NZ RC/BC drawing sets.
- List councils you have worked with and your role in those projects.
- Indicate hourly rate or fixed fee for RC and BC stages separately.

Preferred Experience:
- Residential, accommodation, modular, or prefabricated projects.

Additionally, applicants are requested to send 1–2 previous NZ RC/BC drawing sets for review before proceeding further.
