Your part is limited to a formal review of the documents, any light red-line adjustments needed to satisfy New Hampshire code, and the issuance of signed and sealed drawings. Please reference the current IBC edition as adopted by the state and confirm wind, snow, and seismic loads specific to the project ZIP code.
Deliverables
• PE-stamped PDF set of structural drawings (New Hampshire license)
Digital seal and signature are acceptable; no hard copy is required unless the authority requests one later. Timing is flexible within a week, but sooner is appreciated so the permit submission can move forward without delay.
