New Collection Fashion Show Casting

I’m preparing a runway presentation for our upcoming collection launch and need a skilled professional to manage the entire casting process. Your role starts with announcing the call, screening submissions, and curating a lineup that complements the aesthetic and sizing range of the collection. From coordinating digital castings or in-person go-sees, through final call-backs and fittings, you’ll keep everything on schedule and on brand.

What I expect from you:
• A clear casting plan outlining timelines, channels you’ll tap (Instagram, local agencies, etc.), and how you’ll track applications
• A selectable shortlist with comp cards, measurements, and walk videos so I can make quick approvals
• Seamless communication with selected talent about rehearsal times, fittings, and show day logistics
• A brief post-show report recapping attendance, no-shows, and overall performance for future reference

If you already have relationships with agencies or model databases, please highlight that experience. Familiarity with fashion-week-style pacing and backstage coordination tools such as Model Management, Casting Networks, or simple Google Workspace sheets is a plus.
