Hi, I'm a startup founder in Pune launching a ready-to-drink (RTD) protein beverage in 250ml aluminum cans.

What I Need:

Help scaling my home-tested recipe to commercial production

3 flavors (Nimbu Paani, Kesar Kulfi, Thandai)

90-day shelf life (ambient storage)

Clean label (minimal stabilizers, no artificial sweeteners)

FSSAI-compliant label design

Co-packer guidance in Pune/Mumbai

Budget: ₹30,000–₹50,000 for all 3 flavors
Timeline: 4–6 weeks
Location: Prefer Pune-based freelancer for in-person meetings

Requirements:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology

Experience with RTD beverages (protein shakes, functional drinks, dairy beverages)

Knowledge of UHT processing, aseptic filling, shelf-life testing

FSSAI labeling experience
