Need AI Video Animator + Editor for 3-Minute Educational Animation

I'm looking for a freelancer to create AI-generated animation videos for
educational / quiz content.

SCOPE OF WORK
- One AI animation video, approx. 3 minutes total runtime.
- Characters, setting, mood and visual style must follow the brief I provide.
- Character and setting consistency across the ENTIRE video is critical
(example: two historical figures talking in a warmly lit pub).
- Includes editing: scene transitions, background music, sound effects,
and subtitles if needed.
- Final deliverable: ready-to-use MP4 file (Full HD).

REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools: Google Veo, Kling AI, Runway,
Hailuo/MiniMax, Sora, or similar.
- MUST have solid video editing skills (assembling many clips into one coherent
narrative) — Premiere / CapCut / DaVinci / After Effects.
- Strong prompting skills to maintain character consistency across clips.
- You must have your own tool access/credits (generation cost included in your quote).
- Voice over / lip-sync capability is a strong plus.
- Responsive communication and open to revisions.

PROCESS
1. Start with one 3-minute video as a trial to check fit.
2. If the result matches expectations, we move to regular / long-term work.
